There are only 129,000 Puerto Ricans living in Philly.
Let’s assume at least 1/3 are under 18.
They leaves 85,000. Let’s say Trump pulls at least 20%.
You’re down to 68,000.
Now let’s take that knowledge that only about 66% of the adults actually go vote.
You’re down to 44,000 Puerto Ricans if absolutely everything falls into line.
