This is the way. The next and most impactful decision to curb illegal immigration will be a Supreme Court decision to not count illegals in the census for congressional seat and electoral college alignment. Blue states will then purge illegals from there states once they lose the benefit of power provided to them by the extra population count.

My question is do you then have special elections for new districts ? Georgia in not doing the redistricting before election is opening its to all kind of litigation.

Senate is solidly safe for republicans and likely a pick up of 1 if not 2 more seats . After the Supreme Court ruling makes it very difficult for Dems to take the house.

Admittedly I’ve been supporting Flemming but after listening to Letlow the more I learn this less I like . This debate was eye opening . Her previous support of DEI initiatives and voting record score is abysmal.

Helps hide true voter turnout percentages in certain precincts thus making easier to fudge the numbers is one of the biggest concerns.

This ruling and along with birthright citizenship/Census counting of illegals to determine electorate distribution are likely the most important rulings in the last 75 years.
If they both cases are struck down it would likely cease the ability for democrats to gain enough seats to control the majority for the next 100 years.
