Yes there is frickery. Yes there is ballot harvesting. The hope is the turnout for Trump is so high it destroys them even with the cheating.

Yes. The question is does/did Trump have a way to beat it. Nothing is too big to rig if you have electronic voting machines. Votes can rapidly be flipped with the click of a mouse.
