But it’s not on the ballot

The Supreme Court has put this back into the states hands and the president has nothing to do with it

Exactly. I understand it might be an issue to those ignorant of the Constitution, but it's not an issue in reality. I also understand that Dems will use whatever they can, which is why they continue to talk about it.
But realistically, it's a non federal government issue. Trump and Vance should have explained it better, I think.
It doesn't matter which presidential candidate does or doesn't support it. SCOTUS didn't rule for or against it, they simply brought the issue back where our Constitution dictated it should be all along.

If so, why is Trump crushing his 2020 results in both of those states?

A republican voting record does not mean a vote for Trump, especially in this election where a lot of republicans can't stomach the man. Ya kinda need to wait for the actual vote counts, unfortunately.

Abortion is not healthcare.

It's actively killing a human being.

I had to explain this to my wife, roe v wade is dead forever And never should have been. And for something like it to be put in place again, another court case would have to be brought, and it would have to go all the way to the Supreme Court and get a ruling in favor of it. And that’s not happening anytime in the next 20 years with the current make up of the supreme court

If it is just for birth control then there is a high moral issue there. But if the child has a birth defect, rape, moms life in danger….what do you do now?

That sounds a lot like wishcasting.

The dims aren't turning out worth a shite, yet Republicans who don't like Trump are turning out to vote against him?

bullshite. Trump 300EVs+

This isn't an either/or scenario.

The GOP should be doing more to win the culture war. Instead they are burying their head in the sand while Democrats continue to make abortion a sacred cow to be worshipped.

If it's rape, take Plan B immediately or get an abortion ASAP. I don't have a problem with that.

If the child has a birth defect, so what? I know several parents of Downs Syndrome children and not a single one would change a thing.

I've always been an advocate of choosing the mother's life over the child if it were to come to that.

The people sky screaming about being able to have an abortion definitely fall into this category.

But they're generally happier, well-adjusted, women and those people tend not to vote. It's the angry, lonely, crazy women that vote and they tend to be leftists.

If we are being honest it likely has eliminated many more democrats than republicans that would be voting today.

Does this parrallel the catalysts for the War Between the States?

State's Rights on slavery, Lincoln elected as an abolitionist, Southern states seceded, Lincoln invaded the South.

State's rights on terminating pregnancies, Kamala elected as an abortionist, ... red states secede?, Obama sends in the drones?
