I haven't had time to read it but I obviously missed it. What clause in the Constitution did they use to make that a Federal issue? I'm curious because marriage has typically been a State power. I'm a State rights guy so I'm genuinely curious.

They are overly dramatic by nature. They are some of the most insecure people and will say anything to cut someone deep.

Regardless, unless every member of the SprCrt is a social conservative, it wouldn't change. Once cases on social issues of that import are decided to the left of center, they very, very rarely change. There have been, what? 3 Republicans Presidents since Roe v Wade and that is STILL brought up as a boogeyman every election.

Obergefel isn't changing. Period.

And Trump has always been very pro-Gay.
