Protect Clinton From Trump
An FBI investigation of a secretary of state failing at her office and illegally handling classified information on a home server and through personal emails which possibly link her to a pay for play scheme funneled through her foundation is now considered "political retaliation?"
Great spin, MSM. Keep up your bullshite narrative. This country just gave you a collective middle finger. Dig yourselves deeper into the anals of the establishment. We'll make sure you're shite out.

How does one pardon if one hasn't been convicted of a crime?
I swear, it seems like some of you have never even heard of Richard Nixon or Gerald Ford.

Then why are they going after Wiener?

How can she be pardoned if she has never been indicted of anything?

If Trump is smart he will extend to Obama an invitation to be a visible advisor in his administration on maters of social importance. One of the requirements of this would be that he distance himself from the Clintons (ie no pardons).
The Trump administration and the republicans in general would be well served by having an alliance of sorts with the Obamas and his influence over AA's in this country.
This country needs to heal and part of the healing process involves penance. The Clintons must be punished if we are to heal.

Healing begins with Justice. Trump should throw down the gauntlet, pardon her and not let due process run its course, then Obama should be prepared for his entire admin to be under investigation.

Bear with them... modern American history and civics aren't really taught in school anymore and anyone old enough to remember that when it happened is probably in their 50s.

it's actually probably for the best as it would prevent us from staying mired down in a divisive fight and allow us to concentrate on policy
going after clinton would solve nothing IMHO, except set a bad precedent.
I would imagine every president has done something that after the fact, they could be found guilty and put in jail.
Posted on 11/9/16 at 3:28 pm to Robin Masters
What? Obama is the most divisive president in history.

Free Civics Lesson!!!
Here is the last paragraph of Nixon's pardon.
This is how you pardon someone for crimes that they may have committed that haven't been uncovered.
quote:
Now, Therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of September, in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and seventy-four, and of the Independence of the United States of America the one hundred and ninety-ninth. WTF? If she is a criminal, you investigate and charge her. This type of "tradition" is exactly why our government is so corrupt.

What he means is they go to great lengths to insulate our politicians from being held responsible for their criminal conduct. frick that noise.
