What is particularly frustrating about this HC search

There are so many candidates that would be an good to great hire.
Vitello - Great hire
McDonnell - Great
Godwin - Great
Corbin - Great
O’Sullivan (even though he aint coming) - still a good hire
Heefner - Good Hire
Bakich - Good
Then ALLLLLLL the way at the bottom of the list of coaches I would want, we find Bianco.
Bianco - Very bad
This isn’t a hard decision. Just put any of the above names in a hat and close your eyes and pick one. Why is this clown show happening?
Vitello - Great hire
McDonnell - Great

Said in another thread that if Woody was floating Bianco to piss everyone off only to hire anyone else and make the fanbase happy, he hooked me. I would fall for it.

A guy that likely will get pushed out of OM in same fashion Paul did. At some point OM will continue to accept mediocrity or shake things up.

Actually, I don't find this coaching search frustrating at all! Interview everyone and make who you want tell you no. Got a feeling this hire will make a lot of fans happy!

I know a kid who currently plays for Ole Miss and he has stated that Bianco isn’t a good coach.

What? Tired of sifting through endless threads of inside information and news from my cousin who mops the halls in the athletic department who overheard Woodward discussing the super secret hire for the baseball team?
Or maybe tired of the endless repeats of how they are going to screw up the decision?
Can we get one more thread about the reason a decision hasn't been announced yet because our future coach is still coaching his team?
This just in ... TD has the next hire all figured out. Get Woodward on the line!
Or we could just be patient and let the process work. There's no reason to make any decisions within a few days of the end of the season.

This is a kid who has been an integral part of the team. Not someone struggling for PT.

I know some kids that have played for him that would say the complete opposite.
I also know several kids and their families that have played for Maineri and absolutely hate his guts and said he was a crappy coach. And also know kids that have played for him that absolutely loved him.
I take players comments about the coaches with a grain of salt. Between kids roller coaster of emotions and parents chirping in their ear sometimes gets the best of them.
