I like to copy the hulk without the ice cream and use protein instead of weight gainer

My favorite post-workout shake:

6-8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
Promix chocolate protein powder
Creatine
Sometimes I will throw in a handful of almonds as well

I may have to try adding some peanut butter powder to the mix and see how it comes out.

Yes.

Whole milk and chcolate protein powder. Add 1 tblspn of Dutch processed cocoa.

It's the most chocolaty thing ever.

And the cocoa powder is actually great for you

I do vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, vanilla extract, heavy cream, ice, filtered water. Fantastic.

I find bananas, blueberries, and almond butter make for a good combination. I don't do smoothies often as I try to avoid drinking calories. But I'm trying to cut weight, not bulk up.

Nope. I think this is the best combination.

Really? Because a shake with a banana, peanut butter, and chocolate flavored protein would sit somewhere in the 30g+ protein, 20g fat, 20g carb area. Hardly a carb shake. Take your dumb arse back to the Rant

Does anyone add a spoon of wheat germ? I like the nutrition and the nutty flavor.

My two favorites...

Almond milk
True Nutrition Chocolate fudge brownie
Frozen banana pieces
Cacao
Ice cubes

Or

Almond Milk
Vanilla or Banana protein powder
Frozen wild blueberries
Few pieces of frozen banana
Greek Yogurt
Chia seeds

The frozen bananas and blended ice cubes make the first taste pretty close to a milkshake.

Because of the 1 banana? Get outta here with that.

To answer OP, nope - that is the GOAT shake.

With a shite load of sugar.

Lots of other protein shakes have far less sugar.

Blueberry and Almond Milk with Lemon or Lime has far less sugar and is much healthier.

Bitch, a medium-sized banana can have over 20g of carbs alone. You're probably as fat as you are stupid. I'm in better shape than you and I make more money than you, so piss off.

This protein tastes fricking delicious if you like fruity pebbles. This with unsweetened almond milk tastes like the real thing.

This!

I drink it with the unsweetened almond milk too. Are we the same person?

Also big scrub is annoying as frick. I think a carb fricked his wife years ago...
