Boudin to go rec. in NOLAPosted by SCndaBR
on 2/22/21 at 7:14 pm

Searched the Boudin map and didn't really see much other than Cochon's. I moved away years ago and SC has no good boudin spots. I used to get Ronnie's out of BTR and Don's when I passed through. A friend is driving back from NOLA and offered to bring me back some frozen boudin.
Where is the best spot to buy some boudin at in the immediate NOLA area or on the way out East to SC?

Look up “Boudin by Jameson” on Facebook, he meets up one day a week in different places. Sells out of his trunk, his stuff is excellent.

Boudin by Jameson used to be at the farmers market in Gretna every Saturday (Not sure if he still is).

Thanks for the recs F&D! I went with Piece of Meat even though it's $9 a lb, almost twice as much as Ronnie's was back when I lived in BTR. Maybe one day I'll get over the $30 shipping charges at Don's lol

Piece of Meat hates America and is expensive as shite. Lose/Lose for me
Coach O doesn't want to give away too much.
Two dorks in love.
