Asian themed tonight too. Crispy pan seared Salmon, stir fried Bok Choy & veggie's over noodles, steamed and pan fried green beans topped with the leftover sauce from the Salmon.

Got power back this morning so cranked up the crock pot. Cooked a big roast all day. Sliced thin and simmered in gravy.

Had a little of whatever. The last of the soup, which is almost a stew by now, basically fish sticks made with Manchac cats, breaded with no additional fats or calories (other than seasoned fish fry), baked in the oven and slaw. Will say, they’re the best fish sticks ever. :)

The recipe is buried in there somewhere.
I used Italian sausage mixed with ground beef instead of the ground pork.
