Could anyone decipher what he said pretty late in the game—all I recall is that a bama running back, I think, looked like he hit a wall and went straight down, to which Roy, the tackler of course, yelled something to him like ‘sit down little boy’!

I liked the approach he is bringing, not to sound like Les. We need us some spice in the trenches. I’d say Roy has it; I’m excited to see this part of the future... and hopefully the other parts, too

Very excited for him.

He is going to be a player. Any update on Guillory’s injury?

I liked that and Dare Rosenthal mixing it up a bit at the end after I believe Max Johnson got hit a little late.

Agreed. It was nice to see Dare get in the face of that safety and protect his QB.

It's an edge we've been missing on the OL.

I was extremely excited about roys play vs bama. After the game I told my buddy that roy was going to be a top 10 draft pick as a junior if he keeps grinding. He plays with a mean streak when he feeling it. The team flashed at times on all levels and different times during the game.

Really need team to put it all together

I’m a little surprised Eric Taylor hasn’t seen the field this year or at least none that I can recall. Roy is without a doubt our best DL right now though. If we can keep Ali Gaye and Anthony along with Maason, Landon Jackson, Koht and Savion Jones coming in and Ojulari putting 10-15 lbs of muscle on we will be a very stout front 4 to deal with.

Agreed. And what the frip with Logan and Ferrell? Im sure the base D change has affected them, but man, they were passive last night - no fire...

They haven’t been good all year and honestly they’ve mostly just been bodies their entire career. Farrell hs shown flashes against OOC teams

Farrell has played alright.

Him and logan are at least 20 pounds overweight.

When roy and ojulari are juniors and sage Ryan is a soph lsu will have a nasty defense again

Weight, exactly. Farrell had an extra 30 lbs it looked like when season started. Both guys are gassed after 2 plays

Both were recruited to be space eaters, and now they are being asked to be penetrators. This is why Ika left, and it might be why Shelvin sat out. It's just not what they are. Both are good tackles, though.

I've asked this a bunch, and have gotten no answers. I'm beginning to think he does not exist.

What do you mean? He's been hurt/ played a good bit in the first half of the Bama game and then went out with an injury again

Was it the ankle again? How has he looked when he played?
