Whose touches does he take? Murray, Kamara?

No thanks.

He’s going to a potential playoff team: Rams, Patriots, Bills, Browns or Bears.

As always, when a player becomes available like this, I don't really have an issue with the team exploring possibilities.

How he fits, with a lot of the offense focused around Kamara in the backfield, Murray getting sporadic carries and packages centered around Taysom Hill, is the question.

I just don't think he fits unless there is an injury. Do the Saints even have a third RB? Dwayne Washington? He's a blockhead, anyway, so if the Saints clear his roster spot for Bell I won't hate it.

I was thinking Bills or Rams as ideal landing spots. Wouldn’t rule the Pats out either although that backfield is a little crowded... Bears and Browns I feel are closer to pretenders than contenders

Browns have Chubb & Hunt, so they don't need anybody.
Bears may or may not meet contender status, depending on QB play, but they could use an RB
Bills have Singletary, but Bell could help them
Rams have a couple younger backs, so not sure there.
Giants would fit, but not contender
Patriots also have enough backs
Carolina on a 1 year rental if McCaffrey is out for a while
