Bob Shoop would be a stellar DC with LSU's talent

He will obviously be moving on from Miss State with Leach coming in and bringing his own guys.

Obviously, there will be some rantards who will point to this past year's failures on defense.

However, the year before with top talent (Simmons, Sweat and Jonathan Abram) Miss State was playing with a mean streak. Considered one of the best units in CFB.

I think both sides would be pretty happy if we could make it happen.

If Aranda leaves Shoop gets a call.

I second that. Although Jim Leonard is a Wisky alumni. Might be harder to pry him away.

He's a wisky alum and legend. He's staying at Wisconsin.

Whomever comes, he would do well to learn from Venables ...
Joe said that they could not tell where the Blitzes where coming from ... THAT"S WORTH STUDYING.

Jim Leonhard was born in Wisconsin, played at Wisconsin and made over $18 million during a 10 year NFL career. Hard to see him being swayed away from home.

Shoop is a beast and should be the first call.

We wouldn't miss a beat.

Make Raymond the Associate Head Coach and double his salary to keep him happy.

Venables has a couple kids at Clemson and gets paid Aranda type money to coach under his best friend Dabo.

That ain't happening.

And Leonard is a Wisconsin guy, so that ain't happening.

Shoop would be nice.

Also wouldn’t mind giving Phil Snow a call.

I prefer Jim Leonard to be the first call. He is young and has great defenses.
