New places?? Any hole in the wall spots that’s neat and worth to check out a side from the normal spots.

TIA!

Aside from the spots normally named here, I enjoyed The Fillin Station in Biloxi. Hole in the wall spot that had good food.
I also enjoyed Murky Waters BBQ in downtown Ocean Springs. Good BBQ, Wings, and good beer selection. The Ocean Springs location is much cooler than the Gulfport location though.

Murky Waters is solid.
The White House Hotel has a bar in it. We got the charcuterie board for $24 over Memorial Day. It was an obscene amount of food — boiled shrimp, smoked salmon, all sorts of cheeses

El Mexicano for Mexican in Gulfport. There isn’t a better margarita any where near that place. Tony is the owner, host and waiter.

Bacchus isn’t bad, TBC has decent food and some really good wings (only one kind though).

If you want steak, check out Prime in the Beau. Just stay away from Mary Mahoneys and The Half Shell (unless you want to eat all Sysco food).

What’s the story on White Pillars? Went to a chefs dinner during the MS food and wine festival a couple weekends ago and their food stood out.

It’s the best restaurant on the coast. Local ingredients, good cocktails, neat old building. Chef has worked under a few Beard award winners. Cochon and a good place in Birmingham that escapes me

Field’s is a new place in BSL. They’re big into specials, but here’s their regular menu.
