Ended up doing the fajitas last night, was slammin.

This evening, chicken on the pit, kid wanted red hot dogs, wife doing squash assortment and beans inside, neighbor threw over some cayenne peppers, and the fires still good to pull a pack of deer sausage and throw on.

Miller lites

Yesterdays fajitas

Started some pork shoulder last night at around 9:20. Pulled it after almost 19 hrs. Never carried one that long but it turned out alright. Kind of wanted to see if you could actually f one up.

And some armadillo eggs.

Kartchner’s boudin. Plain and smoked. Both were way too salty. And I love salt.
