Got a salad from there recently. Was enjoying it until I was about finished and then I saw "things" crawling around at the bottom of the bowl - about 10 or so small grubs and/or worms. When I brought it to the servers attention, she got the manager to come over and he said that this sometimes happens depending on the produce they buy. Never offered to replace it with another one or offered me something else. A "sorry that happened" was all I got. Haven't been back since nor plan to.
