Vax requirement for work

It may be happening we are over 100 employees. If we are not vaxxed we have to have a negative test every week and wear a mask at work.
What are my options here to get out of the weekly testings and mask wearing?? I'm not getting the shot

start looking for another job. If you really like where you are just have something just in case and see if they actually start firing people.
Or you get one negative test and just change the date every week and hope no one notices.

Mandate at my job that Jan 4, 2022 is the last day of employment w/o being vaccinated.

Is your employer saying they will start by XX date, or are you just watching the news and know the day is coming up?
The OSHA mandate is under a stay and has been extended to sometime in Jan in hopes to get a decision from the court systems. My guess is it will continue to get pushed back until the courts rule, and will eventually go away due to overreach
If your employer has a policy in place and you want to stay working there; you can either comply with the policy or test your luck and hope to not get fired. You most likely work in an at-will State, so they can fire you for any reason.

Just get a fake card. Most employers just want to be compliant, they dont give a shite if the card is real or not.

You unfortunately have no options other than faking it. If the company requires it of their own accord - absent any government mandates - then that's their choice and your by extension.

Just got an email 2 days ago from work saying either vaccinate or start weekly testing in January. Made it sound like I will be responsible for figuring out how to get tested and paying out of pocket. But they haven’t released details as far as requirements for testing. I got the first shot (Moderna) yesterday, feeling like I got run over by a bus today. Just was holding out hoping that the mandates would pass but seems like it isn’t. I had Covid in April 2020 it was like a strong flu, since then my wife (September 2021) and 2 kids, one last year and one this year, have had it and I never distanced from them, got tested every time they had it and never tested positive. None of them had symptoms out side of a runny noise and loss of taste/smell. Pretty sure my immunity was fine but they don’t want to hear it at work.
