I think he has us in the west race next year with competent coordinator hires. Our talent gap was on the OL this year and last. We have good talent on defense and at the skill positions if we use it correctly.

I'm a fan of the hire but not of Kelly but there's no way to grade this less than A unless you have bias. On all fronts this was as much a home run as was realistically possible. Again no fan of Kelly but Kelly at 10 is much better than Riley at 15.
