Why couldn't Joe Biden be a good coach? You have no proof he couldn't be, that doesn't make it not up for discussion.

because he's never. coached football. In the case of Ruhle he not only has coached it but has had success in college football at G5 and P5 levels. Nothing is guaranteed of course but he is a least qualified.

But that doesn't implied a failed NFL coach couldn't work, clearly they can. But you can't tell me he and Brady are some type of genius when they can't get across the 50 yard line.

Its about hype.

No, your home run hire can't be a failed NFL coach. That's not a home run, it might not even be a bunt. A bunt isn't what all you guys kept going on about after me.

You can try and bunt anytime, and you know what... I don't have a problem with a bunt.

Hype is a major problem, and no Brady nor Rhule are geniuses.

Yes, there is a huge difference between coaching in the NFL as opposed to in college

Should have just stopped there.

if you are judging coaches on one game then that says a lot more about you, you are clearly trolling or irrational.

this is just stupid, being a failed NFL coach obviously doesn't make someone a HR hire but it doesn't preclude it either.

He is a home run, I’m if sportsbook would list him, I’d throw down some money. Read this article. And the article doesn’t mention the fact that he may bring Brady with him.

Following his successful run at Temple, Baylor came calling and Rhule quickly turned the Bears around too. Rhule helped rebuild the Baylor program, guiding the team from a 1-11 finish in his first season to a 7-6 record and a bowl berth in 2018 to an 11-3 record and appearance in the Big 12 Championship and the Sugar Bowl in 2019.

Baylor's appearance in the Sugar Bowl this season was just the second-ever in school history, and under Rhule's leadership the Bears became the first Power 5 program to go from 11 losses (2017) to 11 wins (2019) within two seasons.

Sixteen different Baylor players earned all-conference honors in 2019, and defensive tackle James Lynch was named the 2019 Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year and Defensive Lineman of the Year.

There is no line at Rhule's office in Carolina. You are delusional i.e. you are trying to make yourself feel better.

Prepare thy anus.

What does Matt Rhule have to do with you saying a failed NFL coach can't be a home run hire? Are you really saying that Pete Carroll and Nick Saban weren't home run hires for the school that they were hired at?

I don't remember them fielding teams that couldn't get passed the 50 yard line.

Nobody is lining up at Rhule's door, bro, you can get mad and you can disagree that it shouldn't be that way. Carolina would love it to be so.

Also, Carrol had a winning NFL record, Saban had already won a championship.

What does that have to do with you saying a failed NFL coach can't be a home run hire?

You're really digging yourself quite a hole here. Those are two examples that I've given you. Unless you're saying that Saban and Carroll aren't failed NFL coaches or weren't home run college hires. Which is it?

They both failed in the NFL. Carroll was fired. You're crawfishing like hell here. It's glorious.

I don't consider either one home runs at the time. They were ultimately good hires, but no... they administrations of USC and Alabama were not sabotaging the current programs for those guys.

A home run hire would be Belichik after going .500 last year.

Rhule you could offer anytime, why, nobody really cares.

Can you name a coach that we have a legitimate shot at that carries 0 concerns, a truly can’t miss guy?

I'm not melting, I don't even care who they hire. The funnier hire the better.

You guys are melting, I'm enjoying the show.

(Don't worry, we'll be back in this board in 3-4 years)
