Might not be a bad hire at this stage.

At this point he at least deserves serious consideration.

Lane would be great for the offense.

If Woodward believed offense and a QB guru was best for the future of the program why would he pivot from that because he struck out with Riley?

The funny thing is lane kiffin could come here and actually out perform riley.

He has a good dc at ole miss in durkin. He has a good oc in lebby.

With our recruiting advantage and his offense, holy shite.

I don’t think any of us are against Kiffin. It’s the fact that Woodward doesn’t want Kiffin. His opinion is the only one that matters.

Hell, I'm now open to it. Never thought I would be, but it's a lot more compelling than most of the other names left. My only thing is if you're willing to hire a guy that might be gone in a few seasons and likes messing around with coeds in bars, you might as well shoot for the moon and hire Urban Meyer.

I’ve been getting blasted for suggesting Kiffin.

There are a bunch of soft bitches on this board that are horrified at the possibility.

People have just made it up in their minds that we would be an absolute failure despite all the evidence pointing to him likely being very successful. He’s shown he can bring a program like ole miss and fau success. All Riley has done is shown he can sustain success in the big 12. I like kiffin’s resume much better

Laman bro you’re better than this. Kiffin is NOT a job hopper.

He’s always made upward moves after at least three years aside from one move from Tennessee when USC opened unexpectedly.

Still an upward move at that point.

One Rant post five years ago about a silly encounter in 2014.

So overblown and a ridiculous reason to overlook the positives he would bring.

Get on board baws, he’s better than Riley.

You're right, man. I'm just a little discouraged right now. I'd be satisfied with Kiffin. I actually kind of like him.

Kiffin would unquestionably be a great hire. In fact, my sauce said he was the front runner for the job (this was about a month ago, take it with a grain of salt)

Lane is a 2yr guy at LSU. He'll show up... coach... party and off to the next netter paying job.

Not against him just not in my top 3. He is too aggressive with the play calling sometimes and it costs him games is the only knock I can see against him.
