Franklin Prater - possible Tik Tok kidnapper/serial killer

I don’t know if anyone has heard about this story. Serious Buffalo Bill vibes. Cross dressing 34 year old man. Videos depict him dancing around in women’s clothing in an run down house.
One user pointed out in a video that there was a monitor in the background with what appears to be pictures/videos of woman locked up. Other videos have a door that has a 2x4 nailed into the wall barricading the door.
People have theorized he used to own Prater Construction which once mounted a video camera in a young girls bathroom.
Also of note, he’s possibly connected to a recent stabbing and recently two girls have gone missing on a road that runs near his house. The girls names are Tracey Brownrigg (39) and Brianna Vibert (24).
People close to him have referenced that he has a history of trauma from “horrifying childhood bullying”.
Could be nothing. Could be something. Many people believe he is now missing and he hasn’t posted anything for a while.

Turns out the internet overreacted as usual.
It has been found out who he is IRL and that the house in the original video he bought for $5K and is remodeling it.
He just so happens to like to dress in women's clothes and post it on Tiktok. Nothing more, nothing less apparently
