BigTusks, you're supposed to stop the Q-Tip when it meets resistance.

Are you serious???? My memory isn't what it used to be, but haven't we beaten Bama 5 years in a row now? Are we not the defending National Champions? The question should be "can Alabama beat LSU?" My opinion is because of depth and it's order on the schedule, no. Both teams will be a little more beaten up by then, and LSU has more depth.

Better question: Can Jai, Patrick & Chris beat Julio?

The only thing I remember about LSU/Bama in recent years is how sorry I've felt for John Parker Wilson for just getting melee'd by the LSU defense. Tell me I'm living in the past, but it's all I can think about this matchup.

Can? - Yes. Likely - No.

The Florida, Georgia, and Bama QB's will be the first truly experienced that we have faced this season. And our DB's have not looked very good against a bunch of unknown QB's so far.

So it will take our D-Line getting in their face and it will require a sustained ground game by our O to keep the opponents off the field. I will be doing all my usual mojo for the wins.

Y'all all's Tigers gotta win, 'cause I've already marked an "L" on my Crimson Tide schedule in permanent ink. I wasn't expecting Capt Saban to bring our ship come in 'til '09.

Not this year. Sabans out for blood. Unlike most LSU fans I am still a fan of Saban and I am glad to see he is doing well. As soon as Bama signed Saban I said within 4 years they would win a title. It may happen sooner than I thought.
How can you hate a guy for pursuing his dream which is essentially what he did by going to Miami?

Can LSU beat Alabama?

Today? Yes, but probably wouldn't.

By the actual game date? Who knows, LSU should be greatly improved by then, will Bama keep elevating it's game?

sounds like your trying to make excuses for BAMA being back a year before they were supposed to be! Give us some credit! Yall gave up 24 points to an MSU offense that didnt even score against AU! AU offense scored for them with that safety!

I gave you credit you have two nice wins! But I personally was not buying into the UGA hype and definitely not the Clemson hype! Your win against UGA has told us a lot about Bama and the SEC. I am just not sold on any team in the SEC being dominate including my Tigers. I need to see more.

Somebody jot these screen names down, this type of talk must be dealt with a harsh hand when the game is done. Talk about jumping the gun. We have Gumps signing up to talk shite about a team that has won like seven out of eight in the series, will be playing at home, and just happens to be a very talented team ranked ahead of Bama in a few polls? WTF? Shame on all you pusssy Tiger fans that are believing in defeat so early in the year. Four games in and we can't beat Bama? You people are retarded.

How bad did UT beat Uga last year? Did any of you think we couldn't beat UGA or UT at the end of the year? You frickers need to take college football history 101, and stfu. It's a long season.
