I don't think so. This is an "ex" situation and he was there to see his child. They had an argument that I must assume is over her now seeing another man. She's filed for restraining order, at least. The cops will have to investigate based on the video at the very least.
Crazy simple case for a prosecutor. Opening statement, play the video. "The State rests, your honor."

She was smart enough to set those cameras up so she knew he was probably going to do this . It wasn’t the first time he beat her obviously

She clearly had called him a racial slur earlier. Which, you know, is like verbal violence. So really this is probably self defense

He played for Bobby Johnson, Robbie Caldwell (Interim, but a whole season) and James Franklin at Vandy.
