For those not watching the Kyle Rittenhouse trial

You missed some MUST-SEE TV on court TV today
SUMMARY FOR THOSE WHO MISSED
Prosecutor spent HOURS talking about what a great guy grozzkreutz is, medical training, rendering aid, scared of kyle, blah blah blah. Put the jury to sleep.
Defense in 10 minutes gets Grozzkreutz to admit
- illegally possessing firearm
- illegally concealed carry on top of that
- called kyle "a stupid stooge" earlier in the night
- chased kyle
- affiliated with COMMIE REVOLUTIONARY GROUP and speaks at their meetings
- drew his gun when he was still 50-60 feet away from kyle and before he started chasing
- pointed glock with bullet in the chamber at kyle before kyle shot him
- never turned over his cellphone to cops
- never told police in either interview he had a weapon
- admitted kyle was clearly being attacked and 'head trauma' by skateboard guy
- admitted if kyle is convicted his $10 million lawsuit against city could proceed
- his idiot roommate who made facebook post that 'grosskreutiz regrets not killing kyle' showed up in court and immediately subpoened by defense so now that can be admitted as evidence

The prosecution in this case has been beyond abysmal.

Not sure if it will even get to the jury. Judge might issue a DV if Defense moves for one. Its that bad.

And there, pinned down by himself in the streets of Kenosha,
Under attack our reluctant hero,

It would require an incredibly courageous and independent judge to issue judgment as a matter of law in such a politically charged case. That's unlikely.
