Man claims that there are people taking pics of the jurors in Kenosha courtroom

This person went to the home of the judge in the Porter case to demand that cameras be allowed during that trial. According to this, this group has people taking pictures of the jurors in the KR trial.

I have always felt for a high profile case, the jury should be behind a mirrored glass wall, that only they can see out. No one should be able to see them. The only contact they have with other jury members is when they make their verdict

If a lawyer cannot see the jury, he cannot read the jury and adjust his presentation or respond intelligently to plea offers. If you are on trial for your life, do you want your lawyer to have no way to judge jury reaction?
Sequestration? Yes.
Total isolation? No.

Mistrial would be bad. Wouldn't that get everyone including the judge new? This current setup is snowballing in Kyle's favor.

Those people should be arrested. This shouldn’t have even gone to court. I haven’t forgotten that SNL directly threatened the jury of the Chauvin trial telling people to go out and burn private businesses if Chauvin gets off since they have insurance.

While I agree with this in principle, the press will find out regardless. They have to get to that courthouse somehow.

Probably gonna see their names and addresses pushed out by wapo or nyt, soon. So leftists can target them. No law enforcement will step in.

I was on a federal jury trying a drug dealing career criminal. In federal court they say your name and home city several times during the instructions before and after the trial. As a juror it is somewhat intimidating as the suspects lawyer makes it a point to write it down every time it’s mentioned. It was infuriating to me. And totally unnecessary. The thug had all his posse in the room as well. We convicted him anyway despite this embarrassing display from the federal judge. Peed me off.
