Lawyers get juror names and work field and some other personal stuff. They can find out your specific job but at no time can they ask or are given the juror address

A mistrial by the prosecutor may be binding and prohibit a second trial.
Also, unlikely a judge grants DV at close of prosecution but withholds ruling until after defense case. I Ben then, can withhold ruling until verdict giving the judge an out without risk of appeal
