Here in Trinidad, if you witness a crime and go to identify the perp, they have them behind a one way mirror, but the perp has the legal right, not just for an attorney to witness your ID, but anyone supporting him. So they call out your name, address, and the fella next to you with 8 gold teeth, pants hanging off his arse, and smelly dregs is snarling at you while you try and identify his hommie.
