Don’t have to like it, but we do have to face it. And they’ll continue to seize the initiative while the aware flounder, failing to understand the outcome of the situation.
History repeatedly repeats.

Seems like nothing is happening.
Yea, that's how I feel about it. Its been on the horizon for a few weeks now, and everyone should have been on hot standby to slap it down.
Well, DeStantis stated yesterday, they needed the 'ink dried' to proceed. He also stated IIRC, that because of OSHA this heads directly to federal district court. Florida will file for a stay and will be joined by (at least) Georgia and Alabama (thumbsup).

So when does that happen? Like I said, if its not stopped in the next week, it will be too late. Most companies sent out guidance yesterday saying they were following the OSHA decree.

There are about 20 states that OSHA has no sayso on what that state can do to their state employees but OSHA can mandate, according to them, what can be mandated to private company employees in that state. That's pretty fricked imo.

I believe ASAP but the OSHA rules (or perhaps penalties) don't take effect until Jan of next year. Again I am going only from the Govenor's pressor yesterday.
*** EDIT: Remembered something else of note...
DeSantis also noted what many of us have probably already suspected.
The administration is preparing to come back to the vaccinated and state 'you too' will fall in this same unemployed category if you fail to get a booster. Bidens' admin had already put out questions on how to implement.
Overreach, overreach, overreach..

But I refuse to download La Wallet. What would they do then??

No they won’t, but it doesn’t matter anyway.
Most companies have already put in place the mandate and are terminating as we post.
The companies will not backtrack even if SCOTUS rules it unconstitutional.

OSH act is already federal law and has been for 51 years. covid has been deemed an occupational safety hazard and they are treating it as such.
there is no getting around it. either weekly test or vaccinated. if not, there's a 13k fine for every infraction.

And imagine how the definition of occupational safety hazard will evolve. They will use that definition for anything they want to eliminate deplorables, hell they already are.

But but but there is no such economic attack from China.

I guess that they could consider you not vaccinated. I am vaccinated because when my mom was alive and in a home, I could see her, but what they are doing is wrong. It should be a personal choice. I don't know if I will get the booster. I'm leaning toward no. I've also had covid. This is scary.

regarding the substance of this, it will be struck down 6-3 or 5-4 (depending on Roberts).
Its patently uncon in my opinion.

No. SCOTUS is wholly compromised and useless.
Don’t depend on someone or something else to power your life or make it easier.
Government will not save you from government.

It will not. You’re in limbo world. Fence sitter.

it won't because it's rooted in federal law from the OSH act

They'll find in favor of this administration.
The fix is in folks. This is over and done.
