If those weak bitches in robes can't take this thing on, then we know they are completely useless. Silver lining would be, we can call out the Republican talking point or scam of the need for so called "conservative judges" promoted by the Federalist Society so keep electing us!

The idea of a president without congress activating federal beurocrats to have this much power over small private businesses is so against this country's ethos, I can't even make sense how they can twist this into being Constitutional. It is beyond comprehension.

The administration state needs to be gutted, dismantled, and defunded.

Using OSHA and fully admitting that it was a work around the Constitution, in their Government texts that have been openly published….. hard to see that have any legs when fleshed out in court

Yep. This is why they do it, the left's whole strategy is to constantly keep the right on defense, while they have to take in enemy fire from multiple directions. They don't care if its Constitutional and maybe it fails in courts after a year or so, but at that point, its damage already done. And they get no consequences for violating people's rights in the mean time.

Using OSHA as employment Stasi. Over the last decade the number of inspectors dropped to well below 2000 nationwide. I imagine it would be impossible to thoroughly canvas every business. But with the modern propaganda machine, it would only be necessary to make examples of a few who dare challenge or refuse to enforce the mandate.
It is obvious which cliff they want the herd to take.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but this emergency mandate is only good for 6 months anyway. OSHA would have to revisit it again?

This is a one and done scare

Given their previous ruling with the CDC and the eviction moratorium, they should. The strategy is buying time to scare as many people into getting the shot as possible. This strategy does not seem to be working.

This is always their strategy. Throw enough shite at the wall and see what sticks, overwhelm the system, and make them fight and drag it out in court. In the meantime it gives cover to all the businesses to enforce this policy for them, they don't need OSHA.

They will keep doing this as long as there aren't any consequences for doing it.

If you have a legit fake covid card, do you think they have a way to check against a database or would that person be safe

Should have already had an emergency injunction before the ink dried.

Seems like nothing is happening.

There could be a random local issue in Florida about an immigrant who raped a child, and sure enough there would be some judge from fricking Hawaii swoop in and issue an emergency TRO

In Louisiana, we have "LA Wallet". It's an app that has a copy of your driver's license/ID card. A company can check if you have linked your vaccination record to your driver's license/ID card. It can only be linked if it's a legit vaccination card because vaccinations are recorded.

Yea, that's how I feel about it. Its been on the horizon for a few weeks now, and everyone should have been on hot standby to slap it down.

No, it’s wishful thinking to think so.
