** UPDATE ** Wife’s company (large Home Health agency) just gave them til Jan 4th

January 4th or fired. Game planning time in the Schmelly house. frick these people
**UPDATE**: Filed a religious exemption yesterday (11/10), HR approved it today (11/11). Whole lotta stress relief in the schmelly house. All hope is not lost, boys and girls
She was gonna let them fire her or she was gonna get it and quit after she found a new job (because she’s 1 of 4 managers. 2 were quitting for sure and the other is incompetent. So she wasn’t staying to deal with that cluster but was getting ready to accept that her choice was jab or leave the medical industry)

Socialism doesn't work that way. You'll get what they give you and like it... If you don't like... Well, it's not like you can go out and find another job. Cause you can't be hired for no vaccine.

See if you can get a Novavax exemption. Tell them you'll sign a doc saying you'll do Novavax when it receives FDA approval.

It is so, so hard to find good home health help. So who are the people who will be harmed the most? The elderly, disabled folks and their families who need the care.
Having gone through it with 2 parents, I would hire anybody qualified, reliable and loving and not give 2 hoots about their vaccination status.

Yeah, they live short staffed. She’s a clinical manager and it’s a constant issue, even before Covid. Now she may be adding to their staffing problem
