basically said CNN is creating dissent and telling people he (the judge) is applying 'incomprensible' rulings regarding scumbag rosenbaum's violent nature that night and he said "well this is the law and cites the claue and says he is there to make sure the laws are followed despite what Toobin on CNN and his 'legal' folks believe"
eta this was after the scumbag prosecutor was trying to keep rosenbaum's actions that night from being admitted as evidence.
et2 judge is so disgusted with prosecution's arguments for presenting this videotape he said "we're done here. we're going to take a break."

He shouldn't even be watching that GARBAGE. In a high profile case like this, the jury should be sequestered and shouldn't be allowed to watch it either.

What were these riots in Kenosha about?
Was it the typical black gangbanger was shot by police while trying to kill someone else, type of thing?
Or was this just related to Floyd George?

judge was using that an example as to why the prosecutor can't admit certain evidence because prosecutor believed what the media was saying he could do.

CNN isn’t trying to sway the jury. They are trying to mislead the American public.

I’m watching.
Now the prosecutor is attempting to get a video shown to the jury where the videographer apparently narrates his opinion on Kyle.
The defense objects that narration as heresy.
So the prosecution asks the judge to show it anyhow, but provide the jury instruction to disregard it.
That judge - frustrated over the level of retard - just called a break.
