If so, care to share your story?

Who’s asking?

Yes, it's been hard to get around with cement shoes but I make it work.

There's no such thing as the mob.

We knew a guy in Costa Rica that everybody knew in the town. We didn’t know he was involved with the drug cartel and Sacarios took him out last year. That’s all I have.

I once ran into the Chinese Godfather. He made me an offer I couldn’t understand.

They roughed up the sensei at my dojo when we were doing kata back when I was a kid.

Not the mob, but a couple of Bandido's

I bet some cities wouldn't have minded the actual mob/mafia running their city during the riots of the 2020 summer

Back in the late 90s/early 2000s every few months an Italian fellow used to come to the gift shop I worked at in the quarter and I had to give him an envelope
Also, in the 50s - my great uncle who was a race horse owner asked my grandma to hide a jockey that threw a race at the fairgrounds - a mafioso came to pick him up

People that have had real run ins aren't talking. That's like the first rule.

A guy named Grotti forced me into buying insurance. Made it seem like he would burn down my warehouse if not.
I called back later and canceled the policy.

We were on a family trip in southern italy back around 2002. Our tour bus was pulled over by like 4 all black cars and guys in suits got on the bus, looked at all of our faces, and pulled some guy off. Then they tipped the driver and apologized to everyone on the bus for the inconvenience and said they hope we enjoyed Italy. I was young but my father knows Italian and told me it was a local guy who was trying to blend in and he allegedly got on the bus at one of our stops trying to hop town.
I think they were mob guys. No cop lights, sirens or anything.

I have a great second hand story but is the mob even still around? If so I'm paranoid
