I personally think 2022 will absolutely be stolen in every sense via mass mail in voting and harvesting.
Neither of these things have really gone anywhere, and they capture the type of person who would never vote because they are too lazy to do so. Then it becomes a contest of who promises the most money to their voting base, and we all know who does that.
