That is a stupid statement but I get what he is saying. Folks will throw in the towel if they see stuff isn't fixed

That's been going on for at least 6 months with Desantis. He'll be the "new" Hitler if he ends up being the nominee. He will be treated absolutely no differently than Trump was, and it won't matter that his Tweets will be less mean.

But DeSantis won’t repeat Trumps mistakes. Trump has a habit of tripping over his own dick, this being a good example.

There were dozens of posters here telling voters in Georgia to stay at home. They basically lit the lifeboats on fire as the Titanic was sinking.

True, and those posters were absolutely downvoted to hell, and guess what? Trump wasn’t one of them.

I read it differently. Seems like Trump is concern conservatives won’t vote because they believe their vote doesn’t count….Seems like He’s saying conservatives need to vote.

Why not Donald? Does he want the country to be more destroyed? A Republican controlled House or Senate would be YUGE for slowing down the left’s agenda.

Trump just sent out statement actively telling repubs not to vote in 2022

That is literally not what the statement says.

He was right, though.

No, y’all made him right. Tons of you morons demanded it and so of course it came true. If you were right, then there was no harm no foul in showing up to vote. If you were wrong, then you’re responsible for the Democrats taking over the Senate and having total control. There are not any downsides for voting in that election, but plenty not voting.

But he did nothing to directly contradict them.

Yes, however a similar misunderstanding of his words in the Georgia runoff sealed the Senate for the Dems. He needs to be more careful with his words

No, Republican elected officials in Georgia refusing to heed the cries of their constituents and investigate claims of voter fraud prior to the runoff election de-motivated voters, depressed republican turnout, and allowed the democratic fraud machine to operate without interference, all of which combined to seal the Senate for the Dems.

I love both these guys, but I'd rather have Paul in the Senate.

For someone claiming to be an expert on political theory and politics in general, you completely failed to understand the nuance and general message of Trump's statement.

The motherfrickers did nothing between 2016 and 2018.

Trump asked for wall money and an infrastructure bill.

Paul Ryan did nothing.

Be pissed at the retards who voted for Biden.

The person who warns you that a wolf is coming to eat you isn’t to blame for the wolf eating you after you refused to heed the warning, especially after mobilizing to take away all abilities from said watch person to actually fight said wolf himself on your behalf.

Or a commentator at a football game warns a coach not to continue with the prevent defense because the opposing qb will mount a comeback if he doesn’t change tactics. The defense stays in the prevent, qb marches right down the field and scores a TD and wins the game. It’s the commentator’s fault, right? There’s no way anyone else on the opposing team would have mounted a comeback without the commentator pointing out what could happen, right?

How about this: I get a gun and shoot the wolf? That’s what your vote is.
