Mayorkas investigation into Border Patrol 'whipping' incident drags on
The investigation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) into the September incident with Border Patrol agents on horseback has yet to conclude despite initial assurances from the Biden administration that it would take "days."
"The investigation is ongoing. The Department is committed to a thorough, independent, and objective process. We are also committed to transparency and will release the results of the investigation once it is complete," a spokesperson for DHS wrote in a Saturday email, according to The Washington Examiner.
Photographs went viral in September depicting horse patrol agents deterring Haitian migrants attempting to cross into the United States illegally across the river in Del Rio, Texas. Critics and some news outlets claimed the agents were using whips against the migrants, with some saying the images hearkened to the slavery era.

They have the complete video.
The cameraman said this story is ridiculous.
It should be over, the only reason it isn't is because almost everyone who saw the picture said it was just the horses reigns.
It would make them look like idiots coming out now and saying it was total crap.
So they will just never bring it up.
It would only make them look like fools. And the press won't ask them about it anymore.

Time to investigate Mayorkis and find out what ties he has to the marxist radical left, to oligarchs and/or China. DHS is responsible for securing the border. He is either incompetent or traitorous as the borders are not secure. Mayorkis needs to be in the crosshairs of an investigation.

Typical. The story is gone in 90% of the publics memory. They will wait a month or two more and do a Press Release on a Friday before a holiday weekend clearing the Agents due to "lack of evidence."
Funny thing is that the Border Patrol UNION is the only one's protecting these Agents and the Left can't figure out what to do about that.
