yes, in private situations, absolutely.
in public situations where you have a white man having success in 2021 of an organization that had been previously run into the ground for so long making a comment about a black man with lips the size of michelin tires, nope ... the media won't let it go.

Have you read anything about the context in which it was said? It sounds like you need to do some fact-finding yourself, sonny.

They wanna take down a white man for comments a decade old yet turn a blind eye to the fact that Obama and Hillary were anti-gay marriage all the while Trump was pro-gay marriage.

Your forgiveness is going to depend on your biases.

Yes, because it is not relevant today.

Better idea. Don't let words hurt your little feelings in the first place.

I mean it depends if they just said something stupid or ignorant sure. If they were going full third reich maybe not

I think forgiveness is an interpersonal thing; I’ll never forgive Tuberville for the cigars on our field, but I’ll quickly forgive people who have wronged me personally. I think you should be accountable for things you say or write, but I don’t agree with character assassination and cancel culture. It amazes me how careless people are with what they write in emails, though.

Being offended equals being superior for those with no or low self worth. The more offended you get these days the more power you have.

I just want to know why someone was digging into Grudens emails from 10 years ago?

imagine how much more fulfilling your life might have been if a bunch of guys in their early 20s hadn’t lit up tobacco products in an empty stadium in 1999

I was curious about this as well. The Wall Street journal had a bone to pick.
