An Obama appointee from Austin prevented the law from going into place... Got to kill them babies, no matter what the dually elected legislative branch says!

If I'm Texas I just ignore the injunction and press forward.

They won’t. They’re governed by Republicans.

State or federal?

If it is federal, Clarence Thomas May be about to have some fun.

Remember how a big crowd showed up at Tucker Carlson's house?

Maybe people should give that a try with this judge.

Kill those innocent babies, but they will do anything in their power to prevent the execution of a convicted felon that robbed a gas station for $50 and murdered the person that was behind the register.

They love killing babies and kneel at the alter of violent, rapist, drug offenders. May the world piss on their graves eternally.

Because states can suddenly override the Supreme Court?

If you're for the Constitution you're for it 100%. Not just when it fits your viewpoint.

I’m guessing Obama wasn’t appointing Texas state judges.

I just love the statement reflecting that Texas law is against the constitutional standing of abortion. Since it was with long standing law it should remain legal to kill babies . First abortion isn’t now to be found in the constitution . 2nd of all before it was “legal” for last 50 years it was not legal way longer than that

Considering OP said it was an Obama appointee, I’ll go with federal

Ask him when his authority superseded the Supreme Court.

Since it doesn’t, ignore him
