Jo Koy came to Chattanooga just before covid and did a set where he was clearly working out a bunch of new material.
He did close to a 3 hour set. He is fantastic and hilarious.
He did a bit about how 90s R&B is the best music ever where he played clips from a ton of different songs. It was great. I think he was workshoping it for a Netflix special.

I want to see Dan Soder and Jay Oakerson since I like the Bonfire so much.

quote:Saw him live at Red Rocks a few weeks back. It was hysterical. He just rants for 2 hours...he's great.
I was watching Bill Burr on Netflix (by far my favorite comedian but never seen him live) and I was wondering who are even better live.
Saw Andrew Schulz a while back, he was great. Interacts with the crowd, works it into his bits.
Hannibal Buress was fantastic as well.

Went to a small comedy club in Marin County about 25 years ago. Dana Carvey did a set and was great. Then unannounced, Martin Short got on stage and did about 20 minutes. He was truly the funniest person I have ever seen. Also, Seeing Sebastian Maniscalco live is great.

Tracy Morgan had me laughing harder without “performing” than anyone I’ve seen. About 7-8 of us smoking weed and drinking when he comes rolling in.

I saw Bob Hope live at the LSU Ag Coliseum in 1960, my freshman year at LSU. His TV comedies were good, but at that time he could not use much of his funnier skits. The live show was a hoot.

Saw Pete Davidson in Arlington, VA. He was pretty good.
Jon Lovitz wasn't that great.
I don't have a long list of known comedians.

Of all the comedians I have seen live (Seinfeld, Leno, Gallagher, Cosby, Foxworthy, Rickles), the best was Seinfeld.
