I was a long time proponent of Abortion allowable for Rape, Incest, and Medical Issues. Since then, I’ve learned that incest is probably rape, but women will lie to do whatever it takes, and then:

It won’t be overturned, the fix is in. Roberts will deliver a decision to uphold it. Abortion will never be banned, the Court knows that the Left would burn the country down if that happened, so the priests of good order will not allow it. They know a reversal will lead to court packing if the Democrats lose the court fight over Roe.

My theory has always been that Barrett was brought on to write the opinion reversing Roe v. Wade. On other issues she is a legal technician. This is the one issue I think she’s been thinking about how to write the opinion for years.

It actually irritates me they’ll consider this but vote against so many other things, such as the stolen election and refusing to keep the Biden admin in check.
This feels like red meat to satisfy the right but abortion is way down the list of important issues right now IMO

I’m hard pressed to give any fricks about abortion rights either way with all of the other issues that are directly affecting my life. We should let the minorities kill their babies so I don’t have to foot the bill.
