I saw this last night.

You saw speculation that this was coming last night.

This story just broke this afternoon.

OkieTiger13 hit the nail on the head:

Durham waiting until last minute to drop this rather small charge in the grand scheme of things is an absolute confirmation that Sussmann has been cooperating and they wanted to keep it under wraps.

Dude got the Beltway version of jaywalking. Let's see what he gave up to nab such a cherry gig.

For those clutching their pearls about the Statute of limitations being up this weekend on some of these matters, remember - sealed indictments stop the clock on the SoL. (And treason/sedition have no SoL)

I followed Russia Gate so closely, for so long and was amazed at all the facts that were uncovered by some quality reporters & lawyers like John Solomon, Sara Carter, Glen Greenwald, Gregg Jarrett, Lara Logan, Byron York, Catherine Herridge, Margot Cleveland, Victoria Toensing, Maria Bartiromo, Lee Smith, Andy McCarthy and quite a few others. Almost all of that reporting ended up being posted here.

To think about everything uncovered and compare that to what's happened to the Ohrs, Andy McCabe, Peter Strozk, Lisa Page, Andy Weissman, Kevin Klinesmith.

Sussmann was indicted 2 days before the statutes of limitations ran out. He won't get anything worse than what Klinesmith got.

All of this evidence discovered, lies told and you only get indictments on Klinesmith and Sussmann!

I wonder if he can serve his 2 hours of community service with Kevin Clinesmith.

I fixed that for you, VoxDawg.

It took Durham 861 days to charge two people over Spygate? At this rate, he'll get to the important people sometime around the second Hunter Biden Administration.

This - what a joke some Clinton fall guy is indicted. Gets off with nothing but promotions into the DNC when it is all over. Corrupt criminals thrive in our government and this is just his right of passage into their mafia.

I started a thread with some information pulled from the Sussman indictment. A Tech executive was leading a team of researchers to find info on the Alfa bank stuff, when they came up empty his team floated the idea of faking evidence between Trump Org and Alfa Bank and they were working in coordination with the Clinton Campaign and Sussman to funnel this to the FBI.

To me the actions of this Tech executive are far more indictable than Sussman lying about who he worked for.

You're still one of my favorites, and I'll be here when the heartbreak sits in, my friend.

Please don't let that large group of good arse people sit around waiting during 22 and 24.

It's our last chance.

Reminder that this only dropped due to the statute of limitations. Durham has produced ZERO leaks in the last 3 years, so no one knows what is going on.
