we all agree Marcus Freeman is a good coach right? His defense has looked pretty bad at ND so far...point is sometimes it takes a little time to coach a team up.

Even if we do, to be at that point 6 years into his tenure, he should still be fired.

Here's what my feeling is. I feel like we will get into a knife fight with CMU with them pulling away and winning by 10. Then we'll be getting posts about what if we win all the SEC games? We'll get rolled by State by 20-30 points and we'll have posts asking if people think we can still make the Championship team if we win out including beating Bama. Next we lose again.

Repeat repeat repeat. All the way down to the little Louisiana team we play near the end. We'll beat them pretty much like we did McNeese then lose to A&M in depressing fashion where their backup looks like Tom Brady against our covering Linebackers.

Then you'll get posts saying it was all the players fault because we have too young a team and attrition and draft left us without any talent. But NEXT YEAR, Coach O will have those boys in top condition. This is the future I expect.

I see them getting better...Its unfortunate that we are constantly rebuilding with a flash in the pan every 10 years.

If O let’s Peetz coach, I think Jake is too forward thinking to let this continue at this rate.

I have a theory on why it’s taking so long to get the playcalls in after the team looks to the sideline. Peetz makes a call and then the call has to be explained to Orgeron who decides whether to sign off on it. That would explain why Orgeron has an offensive coach literally standing next to him and talking to him on every play.

O will be on thin ice even if he goes 8-4 this year

I do think we end up beating a team we really don't have business beating (this year). I'm thinking 1 of A&M, UF, or Auburn.

I also think we beat one of Ole Miss, Arkansas, or UK, and I think we beat Miss State. So that puts us at 3-5 in the SEC and 6-6 overall.

I can see up to 9 wins.

What I want to see this weekend:
Defense repeat performance.
Faster play calls.
Less substitution on offense.

If you make Nuss the starter, maybe.

He has that Burrow swag.

Get him ready for the next coach.

Where are they?

CMU
ULM

There's 3 wins so we need to find 4-5 more.

Alabama is a certain loss

A&M and Florida are probable losses.

That's 3-4 so among State, Auburn, Ole Miss, Kentucky and Arkansas we need to go 4-1 or 5-0 to get to 7/8 wins.

I dont see it.

This fan base never learns.

A 180 pound true freshman playing behind a dogshit oline is going to salvage the season for us?

As of now, 8 wins is our absolute ceiling.

We will beat at least one team we aren’t suppose to this year. I think it will be out of Auburn, UF(not if Richardson is healthy), or aTm. Most likely aTm.

Bama, Ole Miss, & Arkansas will absolutely roll.

CMU, MSU, UK, & ULM are up in the air. Could come out 4-0, 2-2, or 1-3. The MSU game is freaking huge for the remainder of the season. A loss could destroy us whereas a win could set a baseline.

Conservatively, I predict 5-7.

Not anyone with functioning brain.

I don’t see even 1 SEC win.
