Getting things together to order a Bronco in the next few days when orders open up for the 2022 model.

I thought I could do a complete order through the website but I do that through the dealer.

Does anyone have a name of a rep that they could recommend? We are in Nola; Matt Bowers is the local dealer here.

They're selling 2023's, now. Sure, you may order a 2022, but not likely to receive one.

Waiting for the Warthog/Raptor version to be unveiled this fall. And, for Ford to get all the bugs out. There are many.

Not Ford, but I know of a guy who can get you set up with a Hummer.

Have you seen all the issues they are having with there hard tops.

If there hard tops are having issues what else can go wrong with it.

I only buy Ford trucks and the last three of them have came from planet ford in Houston. it's a five hour drive from me, but the savings so far have been worth it. I have an in with the General manager. I tell him what i'm looking for and for the most part the deal is done before I drive over there.

I reserved mine on July 14th, 2020, still don't have a build date. Good luck!

i would look for a high volume dealer as theyre the ones that will get the most allocations. A lot of people ordered through Granger in Michigan and are picking it up from them.

But man, its looking like any new reservations wont get filled until 2023 unless you get a 4 door, 2.3, soft top, non sasquatch, no towing, no lux package

My build is:

cactus grey 4 door
2.7 ecoboost
badlands sasquatch
soft top

Good call on a higher population dealer.

Is it really looking like any order put in today is going to be a 2023 pickup?

I don't see any design changes coming soon but I have heard issues regarding the hard top.

Wondering it's just better to wait.

Good luck. I still don’t have the one I ordered in December and recently received an email saying it will be at least 2022

wasteland,

So you do the initial pre-order online then the order is transferred to a dealer. From there, you complete the full order to your specifications and put down the deposit?

Was there any haggling, dealer up-sales that you encountered?

I printed out the online build and brought it to the dealer. That’s what I was told to do. No haggling. Price is what it is.

Since you want a soft top, you can likely get one soon!

Identical build as mine but im getting hard top.

The hard tops had some engineering design and tooling issues but they claim to have resolved that. They are supposed to start replacing hard tops on delivered orders this week.

I read last week that they may not be able to produce all of the existing orders from 2020 until sometime in 2022. I reserved mine on 8/6 of last year so that puts me firmly into 2022. Apparently if you didnt reserve on day 1 or 2, you have to wait quite a while.
