Is that normal? I can't see it as a positive if the Coach's boss is looking in on practice often.
Trying to be objective and not reactionary to the state of things but I feel like if I was head coach, I wouldn't like my administration based boss hovering over my practice.
ETA: look at all the downvotes. Clearly y'all aren't understanding. I'm not taking O's side. I'm interpreting this as Woody keeping a close eye on O's weekly activities Whereas under ideal circumstances he trusts his coach to handle his shite during the week and observes the product of his work on Saturdays.
