Doing a cheese and charcuterie board for apps.
Cooking chicken ,sausage and andouille gumbo outside .

2 sous vide ribeye steaks. Still don't have a fricking clue what for sides. Might just heat up the leftover chicken, sausage and porkchop jambalaya lol.

Red beans and rice with boudin on the side for lunch. Étouffée for dinner. Beignets for dessert.

Weller bourbon and yuengling for everything else.

I usually cook on the grill for the early games, because it is hot. Haven’t decided what it will be tonight.
