Nagin called for a mandatory evacuation less than 24 hours before landfall. We're about 54 hours from landfall right now.
I'm not saying New Orleans needs a mandatory evacuation but Latoya's IQ is about 45.

St Bernard Parish President said the same thing though. They would call for a mandatory, but lack the resources required to do so.

She doesn't know what her job description is other than "almighty NOLA biatch". She's got over 2 days to empty the city. With that amount of time, she should be able to personally walk door to door to verify, but she's an idiot and will make excuses to kill people.
