Just saw a panhandler by the interstate on College…

the dude was no older than 45 and had a sign that said “Vietnam Veteran any money helps”

They don't fricking care because idiots still give them money. Are you talking about the exit on College from the interstate? I would see them in the morning sometime.
I forgot the exact numbers I did in my head one time.. But I think the light cycle was 3 mins.. I counted the best that I could of the number of people gave this one man money. The majority of them looked like they were giving bills and not just some left over change in their car.
Anyway, I think the way I estimated it came out to them being able to collect a little over $50 an hr and that might be a conservative estimate.

It’s crazy the number you see in Baton Rouge these days. Mostly white under 45 and lots of women as well. They all look like drug addicts or mental illness. Where are they all coming from? 5 years ago they were as scarce as hens teeth!
