I’m drawing a blank on that, but I do remember the situation being so severe that you’d be executed in Rome if you tried to use your own personal finances to pay the Carthaginians the ransom to free your own family members.

Even a far left democrat cannot square up the fact that Biden left women and children behind enemy lines and the only secure foothold is an airport 90 mins to the north. 1000 times worse than Saigon.
