The "36 on the ACT" thread got me to thinking. How many of you baws scored (one or more) of the following:

1) 29 or higher on ACT (prior to 1989)

2) 1250 or higher on SAT ('74-'94)

3) 1250 on GRE (prior to 1994)

4) 1875 on GRE (1994-2001)

NOTE: The date matters. If you scored high after these dates, you can go ahead and post it, but you'll see why the date matters in a bit.

You want to measure “smarts” on some metric?

How about you ask the OT a question and see how long it takes for someone to answer it well.

Your question is faulty, not the OT’s smarts

The date matters because of changes to the tests. Everyone knows that.

How old is the OT?

I didn’t take a college entrance exam until the late 1990s, and I don’t even remember what I scored on the GRE bc I was automatically accepted to grad school based on my GPA

930 in 93... as 7th grader. Well over this figure after they did re-centering.

IIRC 34 was the highest prior to '89 but I could be wrong.
