And has won 12 straight against that conference.

LSU - 31

And we really didn’t lose to USC. Refs blew it and we beat them every way but final score.

With how the Oregon State game in 2004 and the Arizona State game in 2005 ended, I don't think we're allowed to lose to Pac12 teams anymore.

Yes and that was against arguably the best college football team of all time, USC, in Baton Rouge in 1979. If not for a penalty faux pas late in the game, many thought LSU would have won that close game.

LSU returned the favor and drubbed the Trojans in the LA Mausoleum 23-3 .

LSU has owned the Pac 10/12 and has one of the best out of conference records against all Big 5 teams.

Agree 100%. That game was stolen and I couldn't even hear my dad that was standing right next to me lol, loudest game I've ever been to in my life!

I didn’t realize that.

That’s quite a feat.

I’m trying to think of all the PAC 10/12 schools we’ve played since I started watching in 1987.

2003–at Arizona
2004–Oregon St
2005–Arizona St
2006–Arizona
2009–at Washington
2011–Oregon (in Arlington)
2012–Washington

Let me know if I left anyone out.

There’s no way it’ll be this close

A score like that would be embarrassing

Considering they have a warm up game before LSU, I’ll take this score

An 11-point win on the road against an experienced team when we have a new OC and DC would be "embarrassing"?

UCLA's largest defeat last year was 6 points.

Embarrassing? UCLA will be a really good team this season. And will have a game under their belt. I would cool the jets a bit on dogging UCLA.

What was your prediction against MSU and Missouri to start last season? Wisconsin in Lambeaux a few years back?

Lets hope to God that this team has gelled better to start the season.... And i think they have.

But we don't know if this will be a season opener.. aka Va Tech in 2007, en route to a national championship or a rerun of last year.

I wouldn't disrespect UCLA either way

I was at that game in 1979. If you say we lost it you have to put an * by that one. When was the previous time?

True, but it works both ways. We didm’t deserve to win the ASU game in 2005.

You should put an asterisk on that 1979 win by USC....the bogus call by the refs.

I was also. That was the loudest I’ve ever heard Tiger Stadium. I think part of the reason I remember it that way because I firmly believe I lost part of my hearing that night. My ears rang entire next day and into the night when I fell asleep. I remember when I put my head on the pillow that night I could not stop them from ringing no matter what I did. My headache wasn’t from the alcohol that next day. It was the noise.
