Tried searching, as I know there have been quality threads in the past, but I can’t find any of them now.

Looking for current high quality whey isolate protein powder. Was using isopure, but had someone telling me it’s not very clean with some of the toxins/arsenic/etc put in it.

Wondering what protein y’all currently use??
Same with pre-workout??

Also, any pre/pro-biotics? Glutamine? Omega?

Is all that a waste of money if you have a healthy overall diet? What do y’all take that you swear by?

I’m just looking to shake things up a bit with my daily routine, so I’m looking for pointers

Only ones I use are protein powder, creatine, and preworkout. Most supplements vary by the person.

Use True Nutrition or MyProtein for protein. They both sell creatine as well, but you can get this cheaply on Amazon through Bulk Supplements.

Common supps for people are fish/krill oil, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and various multivitamins. Fish oil has omega 3 which helps joint and heart health. CLA is fatty acid that has shown some links to fat loss.

The best way to figure you your vitamin supps is to get some comprehensive bloodwork and figure out where you’re deficient and supplement accordingly. It’s going to vary from person to person.

Used isopure in the past. More recently been using TGS natural unflavored and just got Ascent Native fuel whey vanilla bean. From the ingredient list both are pretty simple.

Not the highest quality, but it's what I get. Haven't died yet.

Whey - ON
Creatine mono - ON - 5g
Fish oil - Carlson's - 1.4g-2g
Tumeric - whatever Costco sells - usually stick to 900mg-1g

I've been using the MP Combat Protein Powder from Costco. Not sure of the quality but I like the cost.

Isopure has worked well for me. I also take Nugenix, Panax Ginseng, and Flax Seed Oil.

I went from being 6'2 - 218lbs and very lazy to 176lbs and full of energy working out everyday in 5 months.

I love ProMix Whey Isolate Chocolate. No additives. When it is unavailable I get True Nutrition.

Promix for creatine as well.

MyProtein Isolate (cookies and cream)

I've also tried the costco brands. They have a good price but they also have a lot of ingredients listed on the package. MP has very few ingredients so i chose them and just recently reupped my supply.
